Terms of Service

1. Service provider

2. Services and prices

Services are appointment-only and described with their characteristics; total prices are in UAH, taxes included, before confirmation. Information is complete, clear and non-misleading per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023.

3. Booking, cancellation and refunds

• Free cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full service price.
• Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.

4. Website use and advertising

Content is informational; commercial copying is not allowed. Promotions are identifiable as advertising and do not mislead about price, availability or results (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 “On Advertising”).

5. Personal data and cookies

Booking names, phone numbers, emails and style preferences are processed on consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 “On Personal Data Protection”; access, correction and deletion are available on request. Non-essential cookies are set only after consent (Law of Ukraine No. 1961-IX of 16 December 2021).

7. Language

Ukrainian is the baseline consumer-facing language; English is additional (Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019).
