Read the ledger before you book

Every line in the full service ledger carries four facts in the same order: the service name, its duration in minutes, the published price in UAH, and the actions included in that appointment. A short product note follows each row, naming what the barber will suggest and when it suits your routine.

Prices may change between visits, and the final price is confirmed when the appointment is agreed. If a result needs a second pass, the revision policy states the window and the conditions.

What we do not offer

Written down so nobody books the wrong chair. If your case sits on this list, we say so at the assessment and point you to the right specialist.

    Scalp and hair-loss conditions

    Thinning, dandruff, psoriasis and shedding after illness are not assessed, diagnosed or treated here. We refer you to a dermatologist or trichologist.

    Medical and cosmetic treatments

    No mesotherapy, no laser therapy, no medicated lotions and no claims about regrowth. A haircut is a haircut.

    Bleach lightening and chemical straightening

    Neither appears on the published service ledger. We will discuss it at the assessment and may decline the work if the hair or scalp condition makes it unsafe.

    Walk-ins while the chair is booked

    One barber, one client, no queue. If the slot is taken we will offer the next free time rather than squeeze you in.

05 Revision policy

Seven days to adjust the cut. One revision per appointment.

Every appointment carries a single revision inside seven days. If the shape sits wrong once the hair settles, come back and we correct it. The rule stays plain so nobody has to argue at the chair.

    Seven-day adjustment window

    Request the revision within seven days of your appointment. After that window the visit becomes a new appointment at the published price.

    One revision per appointment

    The revision covers the same service and the same shape. It does not switch you to a different cut or add services to the original booking.

  3. 03

    Cancellation

    Cancel or move an appointment at least 12 hours before the start time. Later cancellations are recorded on your booking history.

  4. 04

    Late arrival

    Arrive within 10 minutes of the start time. Past 10 minutes the barber may shorten the service to protect the next appointment.

02 / Booking

One barber, one client, no queue.

Send a request and you get a reply within one working hour during studio hours. The exact slot is confirmed before you travel.

Prices are listed in UAH with duration attached. The final price is confirmed at the assessment, before any work begins.
